Lovely helpful ladies in the centre allowed me into their private quarters so that I could use a mirror - I had purchased a hat and wanted to see what it looked like. Great service.

We followed her ideas and so pleased we spoke to her because her help made our stay in Whitianga perfect.... More

It may be small but the information available from the shelves and staff covered all a traveller would need to know about the Coromandel and area. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Some goods to purchase were available as well.

Called in twice for directions on both occasions the staff were not particularly helpful or proactive. What a contrast to the excellent Opononi iSite.

Always visit the iSites in the towns you're staying in. We were able to get our hotel and our tour booked within minutes. You can look around to see everything to do in the area and book right there!

I lost my phone in Whitianga on Saturday, in a phone case with my credit cards, drivers license, etc. I went into the Whitianga I-site to ask where the police station was. The lovely ladies in the I-site had been given my phone by the hero who found it in the public toilets nearby. The staff had spent some time... More

I used the I-Site to book my accommodation in Whitianga and in Coromandel Town and couldn't fault the staff. They also helped me with recommendations of where to eat so I was very pleased with the service
