Family enjoyed the opportunity to find our own gemstones to make jewelry with. Family fun and a lifetime memory with real value.

If you don't care that the buckets are pref-illed with gems and dirt, instead of going to a mountain to dig the gems out yourself, this was a great experience. My kids (8 and 6) loved it. We have been to a sluice way before,...More

The gem mining was ok. Everyone had fun. But, the staff was only helpful when necessary. They did not go out of their way to assist you and were not exceptionally knowledgeable.

We loved this activity-we got the 2 gallon bucket for $32 and 3 of us enjoyed sifting through the sand for local gems. We found rubies, emeralds, petrified wood, labradorite, tigers eye...and so many more!
