We took the combo tour of Shackleford Banks and Cape Lookout the weekend after Thanksgiving. The weather was beautiful, sunny day with low winds. Got to see the horses and do some shelling. Then we visited Cape Lookout and saw the lighthouse. Karen and Captain...More

We were there Thanksgiving weekend and rode out to Bird Shoals and spent three hours with no problems. Our captain told us where to look for horses (we watched then graze and then some bucking horse fights!) and pulled a lovely whelk out of the...More

Was a interesting look at history. Enjoyed walking around the Cape too. Plenty of walkways so you don't have to walk in the sand all the time.

Loved using this taxi service and would highly recommend. Nothing else to say but I am trying very hard to complete this review which is something that I normally do not do but it insists that I use 100 characters.

Had a great time on the ferry to cape lookout. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Best surprise was that they allow and welcome dogs!! I finally saw my lighthouse!

Excellent 20 minute trip to spend a few hours shelling and watching the horses on Shackleford Island. Tom the skipper told some great tales, and gave us all the good places to eat & drink. The captain threw out some good jokes. Good time.
