Clean and neat good sound and friendly staff. Whenever there is a movie we want to see it's a easy good experience.

This little theater has been restored and was a pleasant place to discover on a wet and chilly night. We had dinner on Main Street and it was refreshing to just walk down to the theater. We saw a first run movie at a reasonable price and concessions were cheap. The theater has a surprisingly good sound system and comfortable... More

We walked by the Co_Ed theater and decided to catch a movie. It was an old time cinema but very nostalgic. the prices were good and we had a fun time knowing that time stood still for this cinema.

I was born here and grew up here and a large part of my youth was spent here on a Saturday afternoon. My first movie that I went to was Walt Disney's Lady and the Tramp back in the 1950's. My first date was in the 1960's when I was in High School with a young lady named Kim. Lost... More

I have to admit that I have only been here twice in the year and a half that I have been here. It is an all right theater, they just haven't shown that many movies that I wanted to see. Both trips have been when family was visiting. It just worked out that those were times when I wanted to... More

After going to the Co-Ed for the first time, I can see why all of the ratings are either "very good" or "excellent". The ticket prices are very affordable, the screen and sound are great, the staff are friendly, the seats (and leg room) are comfortable. And the popcorn (with real butter) is freshly popped. Makes going to the movies... More

Once we had experienced Transylvania County to its fullest, we needed some down time. I felt like I was stepping back in time to my childhood. The people working were friendly and helped us choose a place for dinner that was appropriate. It was not crowded and the seats were comfortable and theater relatively quiet. Popcorn was good, but could... More

Love going to the movies here. Brings back fond memories of my childhood before everything got louder!!! Not that I mind! This place has wonderful prices for both movies and food. Popcorn is out of this world!!! It only shows one movie at a time, but they get the most recent and popular movie that's just opened! Fun date night... More

Nice little movie theater in downtown Brevard showing current movies at the going rate. Convenient parking nearby. Only one theater; not a big multiplex but in keeping with Brevard's size and quaintness.

When visiting Brevard, a quaint town in North Carolina, don't miss a trip to the Co-Ed Cinema! It's over 100 years old and beautifully maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the popcorn is the best! First run movies too!
