This review is hard to rate for a couple of reasons. It was a new experience for me, riding in the mountains, and our guide was great and they even let me keep an old horseshoe at the end and for that I am extremely...More

We appreciate your review and we're glad you enjoyed what we had to offer. As far as the views the Forest service doesn't allow clearing of trees. It is unfortunate for us as well as our customers. Rides are scheduled first to call gets their...More
This was a great part of our recent trip to Asheville. Great host (Jerry), horses and really nice scenery. Pisgah Riding Stables are a first-rate, class outfit!
Jerry, thanks for the ride and the stories. I would highly recommend this outfit!
My wife and I had a wonderful time with Jerry doing a 2hr. trail ride. This is a great family run business with some really gentle and well mannered horses (well except when they're hungry near the end of the ride...lol).

My daughter, granddaughter and I went for the hour ride 7/28/17 and had a wonderful time! The owner was our guide and he was awesome! The horses were beautiful and gentle and the guide made the ride very entertaining with his funny stories! Highly recommend!

My family had an enjoyable time riding even if I do still feel the consequences of straddling a horse and sitting in the saddle. Even my teenage sons gave favorable reviews of our excursion there. We did the 1 hour trip since we had a...More
As a horse owner I am always reluctant to go on trail rides because a lot of times the horses are not well cared for. Not the case here! They were all in great condition and had cute personalities. The guide was very friendly and...More
