Bike and hiking trails.

Super bike trails, many options. Watch for days to see if bike or horse trails. Scenery is great. trails are well maintained.

We did the two loops that were open to bikers the day we arrived and we had a great time. Some big climbs and fun downhill sections. Great flow to this trail system and they were in great shape.

Mainly travel here to partake in fishing , and sightseeing. Neither were disappointing , I went when the lake was still low in January and March , and enjoyed myself dearly. Landed a surprise in the form of a channel catfish while fishing for smallmouth , and the following weekend , lost a trophy SMB 10' away from me. Haven't... More

Four guys on mountain bikes had a great extended weekend that we won't forget. The Tsali mountain bike trails are fantastic. They have a great combination of swooping trails, climbs and descents. Access to the trails is easy and the trails in fall were not crowded. The post-ride picnic tables are great for trading stories with other riders and enjoying... More

Large campground with lots of semi-private spots to set up. Very clean bath houses with very nice hot showers. We did have one rowdy neighbor but we let the staff know about it and they addressed it immediately. The campground is surrounded by trails for mountain biking and horseback riding. There are two boat launches giving access to Fontana Lake.... More

Two tremendous bike trails are available each day as alternating trails are shared with horse riders. Horse riders are asked to clean up after their horses and this is usually done. Area has camping site with bathrooms and showers. Sites are available for $15 a day on a first come first serve basis. There is also a boat ramp serving... More

We had an amazing time on the left loop, super scenic. It was a challenging path for our first time mountain biking, totally worth it! Views of the lake were spectacular. Picnic spots in the parking area are shaded and comfy on a hot day.

If you enjoy mountain biking, you will find the four mountain biking trails at Tsali to be outstanding. If you have people in your party with different age and skill levels, that is not a problem at Tsali. Our group was a Boy Scout troop with some very experienced riders and some riders with only a little experience. We found... More

I'm from Florida. After biking on these trails, I know that what I had thought was mountain biking was really just off road biking. The trails are in a beautiful area including a very nice tent campground. I was not physically ready for the narrow single track deeply rutted decent. That is a function of my preparedness, not a knock... More
