Nantahala Gorge Canopy Tours offers a 3 hour experience with 13 different zip lines and 8 bridges with challenges. Our Rangers are trained to interpret the natural environment and offer a personal guided experience pointing out natural features along the way. Two new bridges and two new ziplines added in 2012 give spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains and Fontana Lake. Added in 2015 the KidZip offers a separate self guided tour on multiple ziplines for kids ages 4 to 12. A soaring zip experience through the trees, NGCT is More than a zip line ride.

It was a well organized, relaxing trip down the river. All the guides were helpful and friendly. It was nice even though lightning struck twice on the river. We made it back before it poured. I'd recommend the place!👍

This was the first time my kids had been zip lining and they had a blast. The guys helping us out (Jake, Jacob and Sean) were so friendly and great with the kids and the adults zipping with them.

Having done canopy tours elsewhere we knew what to expect. Scenery was very nice but only partial views of mountains in specific spots, the rest were just trees. Guides we had were very funny and entertaining. Our group was 3 families, 8 + 2 guides...More
