Great experience, children loved it and very well organized. Quaint and charming town, we enjoyed walking downtown during the day and rode the train that night. Would recommend

I paid over 200 dollars for four people to go to this event. We were in the Crown Class. The girls acting as chefs just did not do a good job. You could tell they were not into their roles at all and were ready to go home. Save your money.

We wanted to have a memory making adventure. This was a great family friendly adventure. Take the book (Polar Express) with you to enjoy in your own seats. They have a large book to share, but it's so nice to have your own. PJ's are a MUST. Feel free to wander the town in them too. It's fun being a... More

Everything went smoothly from the prepaid parking, ticket pickup, boarding, etc. 1st class car we road in was worth every penny! All the staff were very nice and helpful and attentive to detail.

Great event enjoyed by three generations. Train car were decorated for the holidays. "Jolly" was a lot of fun and added much to the experience. Went 1st class, expensive, but worth it for checking off the bucket list.

It's a little expensive. The trip was good for my 5 year old. Many of the kids wear pajamas. Everyone gets a free cookie and hot chocolate on the train ride. It's a little simplistic. The staff was great. The two ladies in our car were fantastic. The north pole area was pretty limited. Great for really young kids....not so... More

We booked the Polar Express for our 28 month old granddaughter. We booked first class and it well exceeded all of our expectations. We booked the 5 o'clock ride because we had a two hour plus drive home. It wasn't dark when the train pulled out of the station but got dark shortly after. Our Grand loved every minute of... More

While planning our trip to Pigeon Forge TN we saw an ad for the Polar Express Train with the Smoky Mountain Railroad in Bryson City NC about 80 minutes away. We purchased 3 seats way in advance for first class for myself, my wife, and two year old daughter. When we arrived we visited the gift shop and purchased the... More

We were 5 adults and took the Tuckasegee River ride. The ride itself is about 4 hours total going to Dillsboro, NC - about 30 miles away and returning. The rails traverse some open fields and the river itself. Very scenic and this will be an outstanding leaf peeping ride! (We were there in November so the colors already passed... More
