The food on the train was very good. The servers in the car were friendly and checked in often to be sure we didn't need anything. Enjoyed the scenery as we ate dinner. It was dark on the way back so harder to see things....More

This train has several trains to ride. One goes to the town of Dillsboro, NC and the Other to Nantahala Gorge. I have ridden both. I expected more from the Natahala train ride and was some what disappointed. Maybe great in late October and later.

Not really. Both sides have some good views. Since the train goes out and back without turning around, you want to try to switch sides on the way back so you can see the "other" side then too. Much of the ride is just the... More
