Good place to visit in Charlotte down town. We have to pay for entrance fee. Due to time limit we left at the half way. We propably return if we get time for that.

I would say up to age 12 and 13... beyond that, this place maybe a bit to boring.. but i do see older kids there having fun also

While stranded in Charlotte we needed to find things to do. Spent approx 2 hours at Discovery Place. What a fun place. Wish we had kids with us to really enjoy the things to do and the exhibits.

A single senior ticket for the museum only is $15 or $20 with the IMAX included. You would need to contact them directly for the membership and group discounts.
