This is a fun non-crowded garden to explore. Cool plants and a few sculptures to see as well. The area is small but for the free price it's worth checking out if you are going to be in the area.

this is a nice quick place to visit a few greenhouses with interesting plants and across the street a nice sized garden and grounds to walk. Check yourself for ticks after.

One of my favorite spots for being around nature. A small piece of ZEN in the city! And, it's absolutely gorgeous in the spring! The Asian Garden is my favorite. (Parking on campus is free on the weekend.)

We visited this lovely garden in the summer of 2015. Although it rain while we were there it was such a beautiful garden. Loved the art pieces that they incorporate into the space. Strongly suggest that if time permits stop by this lovely garden.

Shaded, large, variety of plants in numerous sections, interesting terracing. Awesome little nooks and crannies. The Asian garden is amazing and features a gazebo. Has a cute cabin and Bonnie Cone's tomb as she was the founder of UNCC. Free for everyone, not just students either.
