Went on a weekday afternoon, about 3PM. Children's playground was overflowing with kids of all ages, some with little or no adult supervision, which made it a dangerous place where little kids could be run over by the larger kids (note this was the middle of spring recess for the local schools). The rest of the park was crowded but... More

An in town, beautiful park that everyone can enjoy. A wonderful play ground for the kids - I have never seen one this large with all the different challenges for the kids . . . they just loved it.

In the middle of town. Freedom Park it is such a beautiful, peaceful park. If you want to spend several hours in a quiet, beautiful park within the busy city, I highly recommend this place. Gorgeous park for outdoor activities where you can rent bikes to ride on the trail. The bathroom area was very clear for such a large... More

We stopped here to eat a picnic lunch while driving toward Niagara Falls. This was a great park for eating, playing and had restrooms. Great break for all if us: ages 5-51.

I thought the kids had outgrown the playground area but they added a Panthers-themed fitness play area for older school aged children and they love it! The park amenities offer such a wide variety of activities that we are always able to keep our children occupied or we can just enjoy... More

Had the park basically to ourselves on a beautiful rainy day. Very clean park. Met a fisherman there that caught a catfish and spoke of the cleanliness of the water and multitude of different species in the lake.

We visited Freedom Park last weekend. We are a family of five with three kids under 10. We packed our bikes, scooters, football, soccer ball, and a picnic. We did it all! While this park will not win awards from landscape designers and conservation groups, it was a fantastic oasis for our kids to explore and be carefree. We are... More
