Popped in for a few hours on open mic night. Amazing local talent would be an understatement. This place is truly into educating folks and expanding the local music scene. The first acts of the night were kids/students and they were incredible. The night progressed...More

Best place in Charlotte to catch both local & touring talent. Holds maybe 125(?) people w/ some seating. Great sound system, full bar, great place to be yourself and take in the music. Plus, at the center of NoDa, plenty of food and bars before...More

What a great place. We visited with some friends to see a show. It wasn't too crowded, we had a place to sit and enjoy the show. The beers were cheap, service was great. Thanks for a great nite!

My Wife and I stopped in for some music on recent trip to the Noda area. Acts here are not especially well known but talented. Inside is not very large but really a just right size and there for the music and some drinks. This...More

We came for a later show on a Friday night, and the whole scene appeared a bit disorganized and off-putting when we arrived at the door. There was someone who MIGHT have been in charge sitting by the door, but there was no order and...More

If you like small venues to hear great music this is your place. There is a variety of music genres played and there is something for everyone. The only problem is that they mainly have standing room only meaning no seats.

I've been going to The Muse for years. It's intimate and the crowd comes to listen to the performers - not a rowdy crowd. I usually see a number of middle aged people in the crowd, both solo (at the bar usually) and couples. The...More

Fantastic local venue for music. A small bar on quaint street corner of the NoDa district. Lots of cool eateries close by. The place only holds 80 to 100 but it's worth fighting the crowd because the sound is the headliner here. Not so loud...More
