Excellent place to cool off in summer heat, get exercise, enjoy a meal and a drink, take along your furry friend. If you an Adrenalin rush, they have zip lining and rafting the rapids.

Wifey and I decided to take an afternoon off and visit this scenic wonder. Nature trails, whitewater rapids, zip line rides, canoe & kyacking and just breathtaking views. Nice restaurant overlooking part of the park/river is where we had a light lunch. Just amazing.

The WWC has become our go-to spot for family fun. We visit at least monthly and try to get to as many festivals as we can. My teenager kids love all the activities and just the general vibe. Plus we can bring our dog!

Went here to hike and kayak. The time here was so tranquil and relaxing. Whether you want to be by yourself or with family and friends, there is always plenty to do and with reasonable prices and good food.

No lodging options but there are nearby hotels and Charlotte is only ~ 15 min away. I don’t think there are camping options.
