This is a great place to go hike, play disc golf, or visit the nature center. Have visited several times over the years.

The trails here are interesting. There are several playgrounds, but we recommend the furthest back by the nature center, with musical instruments. The nature center itself is small, but interesting. A good place to take small children.

I used to like this park a lot, but it has gotten too busy and crowded. As a person who wants to enjoy nature, it is not a place to go anymore.. During the week it can be peaceful, but the weekends are horrible.

A hidden gem in Charlotte. Besides the usual picnic areas and play grounds and ball fields, there is a pond hiking trails and even a very challenging disc golf course.
