Really enjoyed the presentation of the history of the Cherokee people. You must take the time to absorb the Trail of Tears and the impact of white America on their culture.Very well done.

Any and everything you want to know about the Cherokee Indians' history is here. TAKE YOUR TIME moving through all the exhibits. There isn't one artifact, picture, or display that isn't informative and unique. They also have an awesome gift shop.

The Cherokee Indian Museum is a must do while in WNC. So many facts to be learned. The Historical content will be of value to any and everyone who visits this beautiful Museum

This museum will take about 2 - 3 hours to go through. There is alot of reading but it is interesting if you want to learn more about the Indian history. The gift shop on site has plenty of stuff.
