There is a $10 fee for this attraction, which seems a lot for what you get, but it is also a rescue/sanctuary place so you are helping with your payment. Really good for kids as some animals are loose and wandering around....dogs, a friendly emu,...More

We decided to do something different for our week of vacation and visited Animal Ed.Ventures. Personally I don't think you need a tour if you know how to read the information in front of each enclosure. Every animal is well taken care of and the...More

I will start by saying that the animals appear well fed and generally cared for which is the most important thing . I think all of these animals are rescued so I respect the work they are doing. However, I was a little confused by...More

Wander at your own speed. Interact with many free roaming animals, get expert views of what you are seeing. Excellent hands-on experience for young kids as well as adults.

First let me say that before we went, I did look at reviews. We were going to drive from PA to NC to surprise our teenage son who loves sloths. I wanted to make sure I knew what we were getting into. I looked at...More

In order to enjoy this you have to like animals because you will be up close and maybe a little too close at times. There are domestic pets running loose in abundance and a lot of squawking and some talking from caged birds. This is...More

Adults are $10 each and kids are $8. If any are under 2 they are free. As another posted, you might want to check out Living Social and Groupon for cheaper options.
