I truly appreciate the creative works I have had the fortune to view at Golden Belt. The atmosphere is fabulous whether you are admiring the building, dining, or attending an art exhibits in Room 100 but also enjoy strolling by the artist studios and catching a glimpse of works in progress.

Golden Leaf consists of five or six old tobacco warehouse buildings renovated and converted into offices, businesses and apartments. There is only one place to eat here a coffee place. However architecturally it is very interesting and worth a drive back. This is why historic preservation is so important. Especially true here in Durham.

There are so many interesting places in this set of buildings. We wandered around for a bit before her tattoo and came across another open event space that faces the train... More
