Preservation Durham presents free walking tours on three Saturdays each month, Apr. through Nov: -2nd Sat: Durham's Tobacco Heritage -3rd Sat: Civil Rights Legacy -4th Sat: Architecture No reservations required, just meet your guide at 10:00am on Sat. morning at our sign at the Durham Farmers’ Market. Tours last about 90 min. and return to the start point. Tours arranged at other times by appt.

These tours provide a wonderful overview of Durham's rich social and architectural history. The tour guides are knowledgeable about the city and tour subject matter.
