Found these guys *second* after a disappointing blown reservation at Island Water Sports (aka Seinfeld episode about *holding* the reservation being the important part >:( but Flatwaters had boards, reasonable rates, expert instruction for newbies, and the kids were off!! START HERE NEXT TIME!!

We went out with Michael, the owner, with a grouo of ten people - none of whom had ever paddle boarded before. Ages ranged from 10 - 60-something...We did the two hour lesson/tour...Michael was patient and good-natured...He even took some fabulous photos, free of charge!...More

Sitting a block off of the sound or ocean, great place to rent SUP's and kayaks. Super friendly staff. Equipment ranges from basic to high end rentals. Fantastic wildlife and sights an easy paddle away.
