Found these guys *second* after a disappointing blown reservation at Island Water Sports (aka Seinfeld episode about *holding* the reservation being the important part >:( but Flatwaters had boards, reasonable rates, expert instruction for newbies, and the kids were off!! START HERE NEXT TIME!!

Sitting a block off of the sound or ocean, great place to rent SUP's and kayaks. Super friendly staff. Equipment ranges from basic to high end rentals. Fantastic wildlife and sights an easy paddle away.
