Beautiful, scenic hiking. Don't expect real dramatic waterfall at Lanier Falls, but do hike out to it - the scenery is beautiful and the hike is strenuous in some spots. Great place to walk the dogs and the kids!

Love this park, great escape. Nice clean trails, scenic overlook you won't believe. Helpful staff. Clean rest rooms. Great picnic area. Stairs down to the river, huge boulders for climbing. This is a really nice park with extensive trails. Worth an afternoon or early morning...More

Our church goes every year aund has a luncheon and service under the shelter. It is so wonderful. Then many go hiking or walk to the rock.

We love to hike so it's was a nice find. We just moved here so we haven't explored the whole park. Some of the park was under construction but finding our way around was not complicated. Steeped on a non venomous snake.. coming from Alaska...More

Don't think so but if you call the Park Rangers can tell you. I know they had maps and a display in the welcome center that was worth spending time to see.
