very nice park to visit. it is suitable for children, adults, and pets. there are about 4-5 different paths I saw that are different lengths, so visitors have a variety to choose from.

Amazing park. Loved that it has good canopy cover from th trees. Great scenery. Very nice area. Would recommend everyone to visit this park

Beautiful for a nice calming walk. Not a great place to take toddlers unless you want to carry them.

We met and walked the look to see the over look. It was over looking the Cape Fear river a spot called the fish trap.

Very nice state park for hiking. Only complaint and it is only with other visitors. If you take your dogs on hikes like we do, bring poop bags and clean up after them. It’s not hard and there are trash cans to throw it away...More

The park rangers were friendly. The trails were mostly easy for young and old. My son and I did the Raven Rock Loop trail. about 2.5 miles. There is backpacing and group campoing allowed. I do believe you have to hike to the group camping....More

Don't think so but if you call the Park Rangers can tell you. I know they had maps and a display in the welcome center that was worth spending time to see.
