The play was great and the staff was wonderful and caring.

The play was great and the staff was wonderful. The seating was great. I don't think there was a bad seat in the house.

My parents used some of their season tickets to take my husband and I to see "Promises" at SART while we were visiting them in Asheville. They enjoy the season ticket program there particularly since they can choose to allot their tickets as they choose instead of being locked in to certain showings and so they're able to take visiting... Shows are great, theatre intimate but in need of a facelift on the inside. Professional actors and wonderful audience. SART also one of few who try to pay interns by selling raffle tickets at each show.

I've seen a couple of shows here and would go more often if I lived a bit closer. Beautiful little town, Mars Hill. Acting was excellent. Loved the theater space.

Its almost hard to believe that you aren't on Broadway, and yes, they are that good! Its actually better in a way because of the small (compared to big cities) venue which makes the audience feel a part of the play.

Actors are fabulous, some have come back to the area for the summer season for years, and we look forward to seeing them each season. And new faces appear often from the local college theatre program-and they're great. It's a small intimate space-no bad seats. One new commissioned play is performed each season, and the other performances are a mixture... More

We thoroughly enjoyed the theater and play by SART. It happened to be "The Death of a Salesman" which is somewhat depressing. The cast was excellent! Also enjoyed walking around the campus of Mars Hill College after the matinee.
