Often you see this park filled with families, couples or singles walking, running or biking. Many events and festivals are held here and there are nice covered picnic areas. The sand volleyball area is popular as well.
Great place to walk. Lovely trails and great for bikes and walks. Several different playgrounds to enjoy with the kids. A zipline, baseball fields and even a volleyball sand court. Great place for the family.

After a rigorous hike we stopped here for a relaxing picnic and really loved it. This park offers something for everyone: picnic areas, a great playground, 18-hole disc golf course, youth and adult baseball fields, batting cages, sand volleyball courts, and many other things.

we reserved a covered picnic area for a family reunion 6 years ago and there was no charge. you can't reserve the park just a covered picnic area. but kids will have a blast at the kids park or take their bikes and ride the 8 miles of trails supervised of course. Adults will also enjoy the bike/walking trails.
