Follow a scenic drive to the top of pilot mountain where you can take a short, easy walk to the lookout point facing the outcropping. Other Trail spurs provide excellent views in other directions.

The Grindstone trail is enjoyable and challenging. If you have trekking poles, use them! Loved the hike!

We drove to the top and hiked around the knob. It was warm, and a little tough on my knees, but worth it!
