Great place for sandwiches

I went for a weekday lunch and the place was quiet and easy to talk in. My veggie pumper sandwich was perfect, as were the homemade chips and ranch.

My wife thought hers was really good and we both liked the house made chips. My burger was just a... More

One of my favorite downtown lunch spots. John, Chris, and the rest always make you feel welcome. The food is good tasting, honestly portioned, and reasonably priced. Never had a bad meal there except watching NC State lose to Temple, and that wasn't their fault! Long live the Berkeley.
