Lake Santeetlah is a beautiful crystal clear lake. The shoreline is stunning with the mirror reflextion of deep green pine trees....Rock cropping's are in abundance. Its beauty is a good well kept secret.

A beautiful lake to swim, fish and just enjoy. We love the mountains and the water was so clear you can see the bottom of the shore line. When the sun comes over the mountains and hits the water, the view is amazing.

There is something about Santeelah Lake , it radiates Peace and Beauty . When leaving one evening the sun was going down, i would have to say the most breathtaking Sunset in my 67 years of living on this planet .

Now that the lake is kept full it really is beautiful. There's lots of hiking trails and Mountain views all around the lake. Make sure you visit Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest and Maple Springs Overlook while you're there.
