The square is architecturally unique. What is great are the people doing Tai Chi, classical dance, badminton, group dance and top spinning.
It's great to be in China and be in the middle of how people live.
Right across the road from Crowne Plaza hotel is this huge statue. Paved area surrounds it and lots of restaurants in the area and Wanda shopping center next door also. Delirium Bar is also just opposite the stadium.
This is a very, very popular location for locals to walk, socialize, and enjoy group activities. There are fixed exercise stations at one end where one can do basic strength exercises while enjoying the nice weather and fresh air.
