Rather clean - an important element - but much too many people to feel comfortable. If you have a car, there are options - check with your hotel

This was the next beach along from ours and it was busy as it was closer to all the main streets. Was a nice walk way through the cliffs to one side where a lady statue was.

The beach was so busy! People were packed onto it like sardines. Hard to relax as others are so close by. Wide variety of ages groups, older people, families but unfortunately around 2pm the drunken rowdy teenagers hit the beach.

The Beach at Lloret de Mar about 1500 meters duration. The bank is deeply just at start. Sand is like a rice size.

We prefer this type of beach as the pebbles don't stick to you like sand and easily brushed off. The water is warm and crystal clear with small fish swimming- great way to entertain the kids!!

The beach gets a bit crowded, sunshades and benches are often sold out so you just have to use your own stuff.

This was a lovely beach with cafes round the edge. All the kids loved it. The sand was rough and hot but we had no problems
