Cape Jaffa is not the most famous place in the world but it is where Anna and Derek Hooper love to make wines - En Soleil - in the sunshine. Living on the edge - where the often harsh and unpredictable Southern Ocean meets South Australia's Limestone Coast, Anna and Des produce wines that reflect the lifestyle they lead and the region they love. Wines with natural balance and honest personality...a unique lifestyle worth bottling! Drop into their cellar door for a guided wine tasting. They also offer delicious cape platters so you can settle in for an arvo on the veranda. Open 11am - 4pm daily (open a little longer during holiday periods 10am - 5pm)

A nice place to shave a relaxing afternoon. Good service, some interesting wines, beer on the tap and some platters. All on their front porch with great views overlooking the vineyard. Good service with a, you can even do tasting on your table. Large enough grass patch for kids play on. RECOMMENDED!

We were very fortunate to have discovered this small winery while looking for Mt Benson. Sula, the most welcoming Cellar Door hostess was very knowledgable about the wines she presented, the winery and surrounds. A very cosy and homey atmosphere to enjoy a charcuterie board prepared by Sula with the wine of all wines La Lune. We loved the fact... More

Nestled just 10m above the road, the lawns at Cape Jaffa offer some great views across the vines. The tastings were good, and as per normal came away with some. But the craft beer was the best. Cold and amber on a warm day was the perfect tonic. Loved it.

I had visited Cape Jaffa Winery 15 years ago and it stuck in my mind. I love the Limestone Coast so when we visited Robe earlier this week - a trip to Cape Jaffa Winery was on the cards. Since 2008 they have been certified Biodynamic and are blending and growing some very interesting varieties. It's so refreshing to visit... More

Really should try to keep here a secret but I cannot saying what fantastic wines they produce here and extremely price competitative. Take the time to have a look a taste and perhaps stay for lunch.

We visited cape Jaffa winery for lunch. Had a great cheese platter and we were fortunate to have a fantastic person give us a great wine tasting. Siting outside with views over the vineyard made it a great lunch

Had to return to this great winery close to Robe! Was greeted by their two dogs & great friendly service inside. Lots of options available to taste & they are also making a great craft beer so keep an eye out for that! You can also stay a while with a tasting platter to go with one of their fab... More

Every time I have visited the South East I have stopped for wine tasting at Cape Jaffa wines. This was my fifth visit and I was not disappointed. A large selection of whites and reds to try with my all time favorite La Lune Shiraz to finish off. We sat outside under the vine covered pergola and ate cheese and... More

This is a vineyard well worth visiting, with helpful staff and an excellent range of wines. Lunch was not available when we visited, but I understand that platters are available. It would be worth checking availability first.
