$5 per adult to get in. Volunteers are excellent at educating you about the sea turtles. Not too many patients checked in currently. Was nice to see those who were, including some babies. Looks like they do a great job rehabilitating and releasing the turtles. Cute gift shop too.

Hadn't been to the TH since we moved in 2008, so visited the new facility on the mainland. Really nice, still had a LONG wait to get in, but now wait at least is inside and they have volunteers doing educational spiels as you progress through the line (would have liked more education on NOT leaving holes in the sand... Very popular exhibit. Well organized and informative. Not ideal for preschoolers due to line wait. Amazing what they are doing for the turtles.

We learned a lot about sea turtles and the environment during our tour. Open only on Thursday and Saturday to the public, it was crowded with long lines. Worth the effort. Very nice staff who were happy to share their knowledge.

My friend and I went on a Sat afternoon. Took maybe an hour... It was a surprise to me on several levels. Manned totally by volunteers who obviously love it... a small operation that homes sea turtles in need of care until they are returned to the sea. Saw several turtles in various stages of rehab. Was pleased to see... More

What a great experience for our kids and ourselves! Staff was so knowledgeable about each turtle and it was so special to hear their rescue stories. Worth the money and the time to check out this wonderful and very educational Turtle Rescue Center. Keep up the good work!!

This place was fantastic! Turtles being rescued and kept until they were better was a great experience. The turtles were in their own tubs of water so you could see them clearly! They were all very different in color and size. Such respect you have for those taking care of these beautiful turtles. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. The day we... More

These folks are very dedicated to the care of sick and injured sea turtles as well as educating the public about what they do. There were 3 or 4 educational stations set up so there was something to do while waiting to see the turtles. Great for kids and adults alike. Neat opportunity to ask questions of the staff and... This was an interesting trip seeing the work that is being done with the Sea Turtles. The volunteers were very helpful and knowledgeable. There are information stations along the way to going into the room where the majority of the turtles are. That said, if there is any kind of a crowd the standing still on the concrete floor is... Family had a good time learning about turtles. They have volunteers that are very informative. The wait time was a little long but it is sorta tour at you're on pace.
