Stayed in campsite 14 and loved it! It was secluded and had a good amount of shade -- you did have to paddle to access the beachfront, but it was great to not be in direct sunlight at the campsite. The paddle to the site...More

This pristine beach was so beautiful and so peaceful it took my breath away. I needed to walk and it was not crowded and I picked up lots of shells for my collections. I actually hated to leave and go back to reality. There's a...More

You get here by boat-either yours or one (for a minimal fee) at the visitors building. Worth every penny!

This is a beautiful beach on an island ( bear island) which has been left to nature. There is a ferry which takes you from the mainland to the island for $5. Or you can access it by private boat or kyack. There's a snack...More

We live on the same road and have for over 25 years. We have seen it grow, yet it is still not so crowded that you feel like you are on a beach with many others. You need to get there early though before tickets...More

Totally depends on the day. The boat only holds a given number of people. We had to wait for the next boat, but there were places to sit and things to look at. If it is a busy weekend, then you would want to arrive earlier... More
