this is a great place for a family reunion or birthday party celebration. This area has shelters that can be rented out and water front property for families to enjoy. The location is perfect for a fun and relaxing day.

We live close to the lake and visit on a regular basis. They have many areas for different activities. They have great picnic shelters with grills and fireplaces. Swimming areas with restrooms and outdoor showers. Playgrounds for the kids. Many marked hiking and bike trails....More

We go to Falls Lake regularly. It's beautiful. The are is well taken care of. Bathrooms are only ok, but better than nothing.

We live about 15 miles from this area and have discovered its hiking trails, picnic areas, beaches, campgrounds and boat launches. Lots of fun for the outdoor enthusiast!

Yes, they have camp sites with water and electricity by the lake. Some sites are closer to the lake than others. The lake level is still pretty high from recent rains so I'm not sure which sites are open.

There are more trees than you can imagine. Mostly pine, some oak. You should have decent cover considering it's pine. This whole part of the state is forestry. No bare land.
