This is a challenging course, but not overly difficult. The greens were good, especially for this time of year. Not very busy, which made it a nice day of golf with friends. The guy in the pro shop was helpful with membership info.

Coming in from out of town and really enjoyed not only the course but also the views. This one feels like it is cut perfectly into the valley of the mountain range with plenty of big elevation change shots and some blind ones as well....More

Wall to wall bent grass. Exceptional greens and fairways. Decent tee boxes but bunkers and cart paths need work. Layout is good along with the staff. A must play on everyone's list.

What a great course with mountain views, cooler weather and well kept course. New golf carts. Club house serves meals. Great service with friendly people.

Lovely course and not that expensive. The best part is walking the hills and seeing the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina surround you.

As you might expect, the course itself is very hilly. I don't recall a flat spot anywhere. The views are beautiful and the course is in great shape. Playing for the first time is difficult as many shots are blind and the fairways steeply angled....More

We looked forward to re-visiting this mountain course for eight years, but were disappointed. The best part of the course were the greens, well manicured and challenging. Tee boxes were weedy and scruffy. The fairways were soggy and long. Excluding the greens, play was akin...More

we enjoyed the course itself, the views are spectacular, and the round of golf was only $30.00. but the fairways & tee boxes were torn up, the traps had no sand and it was frustrating unless you drove onto the green...

I have been playing this course for 15 years now and it's seen it's ups and downs through the years as it has changed hands - now owned and managed by Warrior Golf. While the conditions had deteriorated a few years back, there seems to...More
