This is a favorite place to take out of town visitors. If you go in the morning you can watch them make cheese. If not the store is an awesome place. You can get ice cream, candy and cheese along with many other things. Great...More

This was our third time visiting this establishment. Love the cheese, fresh from local farms. Grabbed several bricks for use at home. People are always friendly and want to help! This is a go to stop and a must see for anyone visiting the area.

We have been by here many times, but never when the cheese was being made. It was neat to watch the process. There was an informative video explaining what we were seeing. Of course, you have to visit the outlet and enjoy the tastes!

Loved watching the cheese being made, loved the little retail outlet, spent way to much money. Best part of our trip to West Jefferson.

This place was packed last Saturday...lots of cheese and other items. Wish I could have spent more time in here looking around. I did get some PepperJack which was the best I've ever tasted. Not too hot !

If you can't find a cheese here that you like then you don't like cheese. The sun dried tomato and basil id the best I have ever eaten.

We always love our visit to Ash County Cheese Store. We love the variety they have, not only with just cheese but with dried fruits, dried vegtables, candy, fudge, sauces, jellies and so much more. The prices are very reasonable.
