It has some amazing buildings and things to do around town. Lots of history. However, at night along N Front St and other areas on a Friday night gets pretty interesting. Such a blend of different people. Lots of drinking and lots of people. Seen...More

This was our first time to Wilmington and the trolley ride was a great introduction. The guide was fabulous and the history of the homes and area is amazing. We look forward to future visits!!

Downtown Wilmington is just the coolest of all if you like small quaint southern towns on the riverfront. Nice historic buildings and if you walk outside the commercial district one block you will see very sweet low country old historic homes.

I really enjoyed walking around the historic District. There are many shops, houses, and history to learn about. They have tour guides you can take, or there is a horse and carriage ride also. I really enjoyed just walking around and taking it all in.

Good tour with experienced guide. Go through area of old homes, some renovated, to the time they were built.

Loved walking around in the historic area looking at all the beautiful old homes. There are plaques on the homes with the history and it was fun reading about them all

We did not book carriage ride or meals in advance, but don't about the summer months. Park at the parking garage. Think there is only one public parking garage in the historic district.

I believe the tour was $15 per person and the guide that drove did a wonderful job explaining all the highlights of the historic district.
