Visited these beautiful gardens on a drive trip West. Interestingly these gardens are in a no-mans-land on the North Dakota/Manitoba US/CN border requiring customs clearing upon exit. Staying at lake metigoshe the peace gardens are not far away. A decent place to go enjoy the scenery of beautiful flowers and grooming. I wouldn't go on a sunny day

I do everything with a passport. I cannot say for certain about the birth certificate. It seems reasonable that you can do so, since you can travel throughout the Caribbean with a BC... I assume it is Googleable.
