Nice small town zoo.

Its a nice friendly "small town" zoo. Nice play area for the kids too and they like the carousel. Good variety of animals.

I don't know what I expected, but my friends wanted to go. There weren't very many animals, and it was a very subpar zoo experience. Probably good for kids who haven't been to any decent sized zoos.

The Fargo Zoo was an interesting place for our large group to visit. It has a nice variety of different colder weather animals. The Chinese red panda is one of the favorites. The wolf exhibit is very nicely done, with both indoor and outdoor viewing. We had someone talk to us about several different animals and birds, and we got... More

A smaller zoo with animals more likely to live in this region. Very much enjoyed hiking around it with my great nephew and looking at the animals. The carousel is amazing!

This zoo is a gem! I absolutely love it and it's very walkable for young and old alike. I do wish they still had the goats where you could go inside the "pen" with them and pet and feed them . . but oh well. Times change.

Cute little zoo, loved the animals and how you could get close to the enclosures and really see the animals close up, unlike some other zoos where you have to view from behind 2-3 fences.

Not a whole lot to say about this place. It's meh. Would be fun for kids who haven't experienced much else, or to kill an hour or two on a slow weekend. Don't expect much and you might be pleasantly surprised.

We took our teen-agers to the zoo on a recent trip to Fargo. They have a nice set up. You wander from area to area. The enclosures seem to be large enough for the animals to be content. They have red pandas there, and they alone are worth the price of admission. They have talks by the zookeepers on every... More

This zoo was a nice surprise. It was clean, the animals were easy to see and the merry go round was fun! We would definitely recommend this to people that aren't looking for a large city zoo, but rather something that is a fun visit for an hour or two.

Zoo is relatively small but is well maintained. Has a couple of great exhibits but needs some more sophisticated wild life like lions, tigers or, bears. Oh my!
