Worth a quick stop to get a picture with the largest bison statue, learn a little about bison, and visit the nearby Frontier Village. It is very hard to see the herd of wild buffalo (you'll have better luck at SD Custer State Park and...More

I had only allotted enough time to see the World's Largest Buffalo and didn't realize there was more there. A very nice local police officer took our family photo with the Buffalo. There were a number of little shops it would have been nice to...More

We were only planning on seeing the white buffalo and then moving on to our next destination, but once our teenage girls saw the frontier village, we all decided to explore. Since there wasn't an admission charge, it was worth the couple hours that we...More

Very nice museum and shops. It's well taken care of. The big bison statue was awesome too. Don't miss visiting this place if you're in Jamestown!

We stopped off to let the kids out here and take a picture with the buffalo. I wish we had more time to explore the frontier town and ride the stagecoach. Definitely recommend this place because there aren't many other stops in eastern North Dakota.

All I can is over priced. Way too much money for what they have to offer. Kids did not enjoy it at all. Do the free stuff avoid the museum.

It's not much of a museum! Hand full of information about the american bison. The advertising is very misleading because the bison white cloud is dead and you don't find that out until you are in the museum. They have a live heard but can't...More

This monument cast in bronze is considered the world's largest buffalo, dedicated in 1958. Well worth the stop! There is also a herd of buffalo that roams nearby. Gives some good insight into the landscape a century ago.
