I've had long weekends ski-ing in Les Sept Laux for a few years and when there's snow it's excellent. However, the base stations are quite low and it can be a risk to plan a trip too far ahead. Assuming there's good snow, the black runs are suitably testing, although Combe de Bédina is more red than black and very... More

We had a fun day skiing with friends here. Reasonably priced tickets, not very crowded and pretty good snow. For a day trip from the valley below we had lots of fun!! Food in the main restaurant at Pipay was great!! Enjoy.

Very nice place to ski with large pistes and great panoramique views. Very good for families and begginers. Great possibility to enjoy long blue pistes. there is also snow park, off-pistes etc. Very good snow coverage even in March.

We came here two years ago and are now getting ready to return for our ski holiday. Les Sept Laux / Prapoutel is a well hidden an unknown little gem, highly recommended if you're a beginner and intermediate skier. It's very easily accessible with free parking, little shops, rentals and affordable restaurants (unlike other ski resorts). Although I didn't ski,... More

I love Sept Laux, as it is quiet, low key and you do not get many tourists. OK, the runs may be limited for some people. What is such a shame is when you look at the webcams in April and there is heaps of snow, but the resorts are now closed. They could make so much more money by... More

This ski resort is a friendly destination for those who would enjoy a day out with family and friends. I discovered the place last year, just for a week-end. This year we decided to spend a full week, during winter school holidays. We could ski almost every day. The place is quite handy, once you found a car-place and you... More

We had a fantastic day powder skiing here after an epic snow fall, we were staying with friends who live in Grenoble, so they knew where the best off piste was, you have to get there early though as it was tracked by the afternoon, great place though.

Les 7 Laux is one of those «little big resorts» : when you look at the map you could think it is small and you would easily know everything about it in a few days, but once up there, your opinion may change completely. The resort is built around 3 main areas : Pleynet, Pipay and the main Prapoutel area, and... More

Spent 4 days in the Grenoble area with my 2 teenagers for a few days of ski. Decided to go to Les 7 Laux instead of the larger resorts in the area. The resort is very nice albit not the largest. It offers very good runs and a well catered resort both on the slopes and in the center. We... More
