If you are heading out the Alaskan Highway for the first time don't miss this opportunity for a photo at this sign. This is the first of many photo ops you will have over the next 1400 miles!

We a were there in April - checked out what was available outside but everything was closed till mid May - looked pretty interesting - maybe on way home !

For some reason we thought the beginning of the Alaska Highway was further north. The beginning of the Alaska Highway is marked in a location, that many people headed further north stop for photo's.
