We had a great tour of the inlet and spent some time admiring Chatterbox falls. Our Captain kept up entertained with lots of indigenous and more recent history as well as pointing out wildlife and points of interest. We were lucky enough to experience glass-like water on the inlet which made the tour very magical. The boat was very comfortable for the ride and the 2 minute rapids thrilled the younger ones on board. The lunch provided was quality food but recommend bringing your own snacks. Some of our fellow passengers chose to fly back with Sunshine Air that met us at the falls. I would highly recommend doing that too as it would offer a special view of the glaciers.

A fantastic day on the water and in the air!
Captain Charlie was a wonderful guide with just the right amount of breaks and interesting information about the area along the way up to the Princess Louisa Inlet. The flight back with Pilot Josh was a great experience for most of us first time float plane flyers. A memorable day indeed. (Provided a lovely snack as well.)

A very nice way to see some archeological, historical, and natural sites in a fast and comfortable open boat.
We stopped at several pictograph sites and our captain explained the First Nations settlements in the area and the meaning of the pictographs. Then on to Princess Louisa Inlet and Chatterbox Falls for our snack break.
The boat trip travels through several interconnecting fiords with spectacular views in all directions. It was a 200 picture day!

Outstanding day experiencing the unsurpassed beauty of Costal BC the way it’s meant to be seen … from the water! We stayed at the West Coast Wilderness Lodge with our adult daughter and her husband. Couldn’t have asked for a better tour of Princess Louisa Inlet. Charlie was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide who added so much value to the experience. Highly recommend!

Everything about The Princess Louisa Inlet boat tour was fantastic. The big orange suits kept us warm from the cool wind and spray, the open boat was steady through swells and the snack and drinks provided were excellent. Joe was full of interesting stories well told as we stopped at several places en route to Chatterbox Falls. I liked that he was able to tell us several stories about the indigenous history of the area. The scenery is spectacular, I highly recommend this tour.

Went on the Princess Louisa boat trip. It was a nice tour and the Chatterfox Falls were beautiful. The tour itself was a little long (2 hours to the falls, 1 hour at the falls and 2 hours back). Very nice guide / captain. Nice snack boxes were provided together with cold drinks. Saw the Harbour seals very close by on the way back - very nice

We did three trips in 2 days. We did the kayaking trip to Hotham sound: a peaceful few hours kayaking with our helpful guide in a lovely spot. Saw lots of harbor seals and eagles.

Next, the boat trip to Princess Louisa Inlet. This is not to be missed; the boat ride getting there, in itself, would have been a great trip, but the Inlet is a magical place with waterfalls and high cliffs everywhere. The boat was comfortable and the captain great.

Lastly, we did the sunset kayak cruise. We hit it on a beautiful night with pink skies, but this would be great on almost any night. It was just my wife and I in a two-person kayak and the guide. So serene and beautiful!

We stayed at the affiliated West Coast Wilderness Lodge, so we could put the charges and add tips for the guides on our room bill, which was a great convenience.

Was expecting a zodiac ride for the family, and even though I talked to them in the morning, by the time we arrived in the afternoon, the zodiac option was not available. Instead, we spent an hour riding on their regular boat. The area is still beautiful, but a little off the beaten path. If it wasn't because it took us an hour to get there, and the kids would have been disappointed, I would have requested my money back.
