My son and I stole a few hours from the rest of the family to play. We needed to hire the gear and wanted to do as many holes as we could leaving late at around 3pm. We played 15 and could have finished but we had to call finishing off to eat at the restaurant. The Pro shop was... More

I've played this course before and loved the layout, the tight fairways, rolling perfect greens, meticulous kept and cut fairways. But I would like to know what happened. This hasn't been a particularly dry summer in the valley as past summers have seen yet, while the layout and trees are still the same, I was very upset to see the... More

Hi Harold, Thank you so much your feedback. Completely understand your frustration. What you experienced was the result of losing operation of our pumps and having no water for three days. With a setback like this, and once dormancy sets in, it takes time to bring back the course. Last summer, being one of our warmest and driest, we managed... More

A beautiful setting not overly challenging but of sufficient length and bunkers to make it interesting. Fairways are excellent and first cut of rough is done professionally. Not much in elevation changes but undulating course very scenic

This is about a 40 minute drive from Vancouver, but combined with a stay at Rowena's on the River, made for a fabulous getaway. My wife and I stayed at Rowena's and toured the course the evening before we played. The greens looked intimidating - lots of wiggles. The course was busy with a tournament in the morning and fully... More

A little remote to get to but well worth the drive. Course is very walkable amongst mature trees with nice views down to the river. In the fall salmon spawn along the banks and eagles can be seen feeding on the abundant fish. Course is in wonderful shape, lush with challenging holes. A unique west coast experience and one of... We take advantage of the Golf n' Grill special which is 18 holes plus a $18 food voucher. It's such a great deal that I was able to attract 4 foursomes on a Wednesday starting at 1:33pm. Residing in Vancouver means a long drive so we arrange car pools. We leave at 10 am and arrive at noon to have... More

This course is awesome! It's a bit of a drive to get there from civilization, but well worth it. The location on the river makes for nice views. I've been here around 10 times in the past 5 years, the course is in good shape every time and management hires friendly people. It is very walkable and the course is... More

Right next to the river with a gravel airstrip makes it easy to fly in and play some golf, and eat at Rowena's restaurant. Quite a drive from Vancouver but lovely rustic hotel plus some separate bungalows.

A top notch course that is well maintained and has beautiful river views. The restaurant serves a lovely brunch on summer weekends so be sure to budget time for that as well.
