Our experience with Toby Creek Adventures was simply superb. From the very warm welcome when we first called to discuss the tour to the very end, we could not have been happier. Our guide Felix was not only exceptionally professional in every respect, but he was also a great guy who ensured that each and every one of us in our family enjoyed every moment with each of us ending the day with a smile from ear to ear. The adventure exceeded our expectations in every regard. Not only did Felix ensure we enjoyed the sledding but his sharing of his local geographical and wildlife knowledge was enlightening. The frozen waterfall was great as was the delicious BBQ lunch. Thanks Felix and Toby Creek Adventures for an amazing day and memories that will last a lifetime.

We did the Paradise Mine snowmobile tour (3hrs). It was amazing! Our tour guide "Felix" was a lot of fun and very informative. We only had a small group so it was very personal and felt like we became friends. The views are spectacular!!! The stop at the little wooden cabin 1/2. way up along with the hot chocolate was just perfect. The tour was very well organized right from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone who has and adventurist spirit. Take the time to really absorb your surroundings. Have fun and don't forget to leave a tip.

Really easy process for booking. They got back with a confirmation right away. We’re sent a few reminders for the upcoming trip. When we arrived we were outfitted with our helmets and deacon device and boots (if needed). They also had snowsuits if required for a small fee. We were put into our group with Drew. Really nice young man. He went through the machine and safety information. We did a couple of loops on the test track. Drew always was checking in with us. Our first stop was to walk a short distance to the frozen waterfall. Then our second stop was in the basin. The guys absolutely loved opening up their machines and getting some speed. Then up at the cabin for some hot chocolate and a cookie. Cute little stop. Then back down to the descent. We had a stop on the way down and Drew offered to take some pics of us all on our machines. Overall experience was awesome. We had a lot of fun. Have talked about doing it for a while. So glad we did it! Thanks for the great day.

Fantastic guided snow mobile trip…. Family of
Five (kids 20, 19, & 11) did full day Paradise Basin tour, our guide Alex was safety conscious, fun, and knowledgeable of local area. Ride was on maintained snow trails on several switchbacks up the mountain to visit a frozen waterfall and an old mining camp. A simple but delicious lunch was provided at the mining camp. After lunch we had ample time to ride free through a maintained area in the mountain bowl and then returned via trails down the mountain.

Equipment was in good condition, they provide helmets, goggles, and snow boots if needed. There are also riding suits available for a rental fee, if needed.

Washrooms (bathrooms) are available at departure, the falls, and the mining cabin.

We did this tour from Banff, so there was a lengthy transfer via bus. The view along the drive and the tour make this bearable.

Booked this online before we left UK. So glad we did!!!
Bus collected us from hotel on time and took the 2 hour drive on snow and ice covered roads up mountains and down all without incident. Arrived at lodge got given warm boots. Tracker and helmet and Goggles. Then off to snow mobile. We were given a quick talk on action and safety then off to a small track for practice. Then out team of 6 plus guide Gorge headed up mountain WOW!! Mid way stop for hot drink and cookies then to the “bowl” to play. Then back to mid way stop for beef burgers and drink. Then down we went. Brilliant!! Hard work on shoulders but fab views ( when snow storm allowed) fab fun day all round. Well worth the money and guide was great! Thank you

I cannot say enough good things about Toby Creek Adventures, came for the 1:30pm ATV tour with a group of 5 and it was such an exhilarating day. We got to experience such a smooth experience with learning how to ride ATVs and afterwards we were geared up to go up the mountain. This is such a adrenaline rush and we got to stop to see an amazing waterfall on the way to the top cabin. Our guide operators were the best, such amazing insights and you can tell they have a love and appreciation for giving guests the best experience. We are going to come back next season for snowmobile riding with how amazing the ATVs were. 5/5

What a day out!! Gord' was our guide and we had an absolute blast. 5 snow mobiles in our group, and two of those (ours included) were upgraded free of charge to a more powerful machine due to how busy they were that day. My husband and I 'shared' and both had plenty of opportunity to drive, and actually it was nice to have time as a passenger to just enjoy the scenery! Also handy having some extra ballast through the corners ;-) cabin stop for hot drinks, cookie and BBQ was great, and free time in the Bowl was brilliant fun!! Gord' took excellent care of us - kept us safe but made sure we all had a good time, and we enjoyed his sense of humour & meeting his dog Sophie in the cabin before/after our ride!

Booked this awesome snowmobiling tour from Banff. There was an option to get a bus for $25 per person to get to Panorama, BC but we decided to drive. We should of taken the bus because it was not easy to drive through the mountains at 7am in pitch black. Next time we will definitely take the bus.
Check in for this tour that was around 4 hours went smooth. We received our helmets, googles and boots , were shown how to ride a snowmobile and off we went! This was a highlight of our stay in Alberta and BC. We were taking one day off skiing and this was the best activity outside the skiing. Thank you to Jose and his helper Sole, they made this trip fun. Jose was a great guide and kept us all safe and happy. If you are lucky you might even see a hibernating bear on this trip :-)

My wife and I took this full day excursion a few years back and have talked about it ever since. This time we upgraded to the Ski Doo 900 and rode together. It snowed hard for the entire time so we couldn't really see well enough to open it up much but we had a great time anyway. Pricey but worth it, we'll do the upgrade again next time and hope it's not snowing. The hot chocolate and cookies were a nice touch at the top of the mountain, and the BBQ before we came back down was better than ever. I've honestly never had a better burger. The sausage was even better but we were so full from our hamburgers that we could only just split one! Super friendly staff and pleasant bus ride to and from hotel.

Took a half day tour up to paradise mine with my wife and our two younger girls. This is a must do if you have the chance while staying in the Columbia valley! Our guide Gord made sure we were suited with the right equipment and gave a thorough rundown of the machines which were newer and in tip top shape. Gord gave an amazing tour, we can’t thank him enough for making our experience so incredible l! My two girls can’t stop talking about it! Thanks Toby Creek Adventures for an amazing tour up to paradise! We will be back!
