I booked this tour with a friend and we really had a very exciting, overwhelming day together with the guide. It was not only a bear tour but we also saw many other animals living in this habitat like bald eagle, humpback whales, sea lions, seals and many more! We also learned a lot about the history of the first... More

We went out with Mile on 22nd September for a Bear Watching tour, with pick-up from Alert Bay on Cormorant Island. Had the most magical day out on his boat. Large pod(?) of dolphins going to and from the bear watching. Then ashore, after a walk through woodland, we watched a Grizzly Bear fishing for salmon in a lagoon. On... More

Travellers 2 Adults and 2 kids (aged 9 & 10) this tour is a great for kids as well as adults. The weather was not on our side but Mike still made the day fantastic and a highlight of our 3 week Canadian holiday. Unfortunately wildlife isn't known to run on schedule so there is some sitting around time, the... More

Mike confirmed a day for us in advance of our trip and we had a day with another couple. His boat is very modern and comfortable; we left from Port McNeil and had delicious muffins on the way up to Thompson Strait, where Mike grew up. He spotted black bear on the shore of an island on the way up;... More

I booked this tour during our time at Paddlers Inn in the Broughton Archipelago. I was hoping that by going further afield on the water we may see some wildlife but nothing could have prepared me for the amazing day we had. Our guides Mike, K'odi and Sherri picked us up and transported us to Thompson Inlet. En route we... More

Our carefully planned, pre-arranged custom wildlife tour with Sea Wolf Adventures could not have gone any more perfectly than it did. Thanks to Mike for accommodating specific requests as our trip was focussed on wildlife photography. K'odi Nelson, our guide, picked us up in the bright orange RIB for our first late afternoon trip. As we put on the warm... More

I started planning few days adventure off the coast of Vancouver Island relatively late in the year for a group of 6 (three couples of very close friends). After countless emails with various companies, Mike, the Sea Wolf founder was the only one who worked with me on finding solution and accommodating my wishes - I was after 3 days... More

My 9 year old son and I took the Sea Wolf Adventure over the BC long weekend. Mike and Sherry were great. Friendly and informative. Half the adventure is getting to the location where the bears can be found. We had great day in comfortable boat, great food and amazing wild life. In one day trip we saw Dolphins riding... More

The Great Bear Rainforest has always been high on our list to experience. Research of the area brought us to Sea Wolf Adventures who was able to pick us up in Alert Bay and take us by boat up the Broughton Archipelago and into the tip of the Great Bear Rainforest. Not only did we have intimate encounters with a... More
