We went on the Whale Watch tour last Saturday!
It was extreemly foggy but the Captain & Crew were amazing at spotting the whales and getting us close to them!
We got to see Humpback Whales, and saw them breech the water several times.
We had the most extraordinary experience on our July 21, 2018 Puffin tour. Durlan and Peter provided a smooth ride to and from the island , pointing out fin whales, porpoises, shear waters and even a stop at seals! The weather was beautiful, but as...More
This tour to Machias Seal Island is PHENOMENAL. My husband, teenage son and I had a truly memorable experience watching puffins, razorbills, common murres and arctic terns.

We were beyond disappointed that we had pre booked our tour a week ahead of our stay in Grand Manan through the website. I suppose our booking was not received, or they booked a large group instead of us (I don't know). I tried to...More

Of course when you are planning your...More
We had a great day out whale-watching, was very impressed they don't charge you if you don't see an actual whale (vs. harbour porpoise). The captain and crew were very nice. I tend to get sea-sick and ended up taking more gravol about 60 mins...More
I really enjoy whalewatching so this is the 5th boat tour i have taken. Of all my tours from Newfoundland, the St Lawrence, Cape Breton, the Caribbean, this was the least enjoyable.
There were 44 people on the boat, many were sea sick, making it...More
We are birders from Florida and had been on 'standby' since April to get on Machias Seal island due to the limit agreement per US/Canada. We came to Grand Manan Island via the auto ferry from Blacks Harbour. Originally I was hoping to get ashore...More
