My wife & I rate "toilets" out of 10. It must have all the obvious facilities of the highest quality, but to approach 10 it must have serious artistic content.Crammed with an eclectic mix of antique paraphanalia, both artist & amusing, it rated 9.5.

Stopped by here on the way to the beach. Great little antique store to find some treasures and they also had coffee and baked goods which was great!

This is a gem of a destination for a great coffee, conversation and a lingering browse around some of the most interesting items you may find in the area. We're taking some unique items from here back to Australia along with great memories of the area and Kirk's welcome. Do visit!

A lovely little store with a selection of souvenirs, crafts and other collectibles. Kirk was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area, offering suggestions of places to stop along the way. The selection of Coffee and homemade cookies were great as well.

We had a wonderful time here, this place is chock full of antiques, local crafts and oddities. You can easily lose a day puttering in this store.
Owner Kirk was also a delight to meet, he is warm, welcoming, colourful and engaging!
This is a must see spot for those seeking that truly authentic off the beaten path Newfoundland travel experience, nothing contrived here.

Enjoyed stopping here several times for coffee, home made cookies and conversation with the owner on a work trip to the area. Best coffee and the most comprehensive set of Hardy Boys books available on the road! Recommend taking a break here .

I recently had the chance to travel a part of the Kittiwake Coast along Hwy 320.
Coming into C-W-T it would be hard to miss this little roadside gem decked out in bright white & green right next to the road.
Well worth the stop if only to chat with the Owner Kirk or sample a cookie or two.
The place is chock-a-block full of antiques, chachkas, great pieces of repurposed local furniture and other goodies from local artisans.

They list themselves as Antiques, Home Decor, Fresh Baked Treats, Fresh Coffee and much, much more. We wer3 attracted by the name, suggesting / implying we might find something different, and we did. After some 30 years of collecting Antiques IT had to be different and indeed it was. We needed a sturdy yet Unique Doormat for our summer house in Burin. We found at the Shop just that being ‘washed ashore’ fishing rope ...lots of it along the landwashes in Newfoundland. The rope being of various colours was collected and superbly bound into the Mat I am uploading. The store is teeming with things of interesting and Kirk is a pleasant friendly individual..doing his part for the Environment. Certainly worthy of a stop, a visit.

We stopped just to browse but came away with good coffee, a delicious cookie, book by a local author, a beautiful bowl (half price) but also with some invaluable tips on what to visit, where to have lunch. As a result we had a wonderful day. Thank you Kirk!
