Got to feel what it must have been like to ride the Newfoundland train across the country in its day. Travelled exactly where the train tracks used to be through the trees and brush that are now expanding around it.
Surprised some critters…Grouse and squirrels. Spectacular views. Passed through the remnants of the amusement park that once had rides, a Ferris wheel, mini golf and a swimming pool for families to enjoy.
I recommend this ATV experience. Be sure to wear proper shoes and pants as there are puddles scattered through the rocky trail.

We really enjoyed our 2 hour tour of Trinity Bay. Skipper Steve was very personable and knowledgeable about the marine wildlife in the area as well as really interesting geological vistas, and information relating to movies shot in the area. He conveyed the diligence he took to ensure that safety was a top priority and we certainly felt safe. The vessel was very confortable and the survival suits kept us quite dry and warm. We didn't see any whales on this day, but considering the time of the year this was not unexpected. We did see a number of puffins on the tour. The coastline of Newfoundland is quite awe-inspiring when viewed from the water.

Great tour and I found it very informative.
I went on the Sept. 5th 1:00 tour and it was pretty foggy, so we didn't get to see any whales, despite Captain Bob's best efforts. What we DID see, though, is the very rare steller's sea eagle that people from all over the world came to see (and lots didn't get to).

We had an incredible trip!! Such a wonderful experience. We didn't end up seeing any whales - but we knew that was a possibility. Loved every minute of it. The staff were fantastic - couldn't have asked for anything more!!! Thanks for an awesome experience!

This trip was a great experience. We saw 18 bald eagles, the Sea Eagle, a fox, jelly fish...no whale unfortunately. Only negative comment would be overpriced if they know the whales and icebergs are gone. A really nice personal touch at the end...they serve hot beverages and home made muffins free of charge . Very nice to sit and warm up and talk about the trip.

My husband and I, and our 18 year old son, did a three and a half hour ATV tour with Dean, and we had a blast! Dean was very personable, was good at helping me to feel relaxed and confident when first learning how to ride an ATV, he kept us safe, stopped several times to share interesting information about the surroundings (and to share delicious muffins!), and took us on scenic and fun trails. We all had tremendous fun and would highly recommend this excursion. All of the people we encountered at Trinity Eco Tours were a pleasure to deal with.

Friendly reception, instructive explanation, really wonderful boattrip. We saw a Steller eagle, a big colony of puffins but unfortunately no whales…due to some killer whales according to our skipper. Better luck next time, hope to get a discount…
