I have only had the pleasure of this hike once, in early October. But i would expect it would still be lovely. As mentioned, leaves might make the footing slippery in places, as would any light snow or ice that might be showing up. A walking stick is a good idea for anyone. But one of the highlights for our group was the moss covered tree roots draped over huge boulders. Would be beautiful in any season. Enjoy!
