We do not have a record of a booking for you nor conversations with you. The only tour that Cathy had missed greeting customers was one on September 23, 2024. She had scheduled her off-site meeting around the arrival of guests, but the taxi tour was delayed, due to unexpected road construction from the Port, to our location. We sincerely apologized for the inconvenience this caused, and the disappointment felt, directly to the two guests that were participants on our tour. We hope they recall the agreement for a partial refund, which was provided. We genuinely listened to their concerns as we take pride in our business and we are normally known for our exceptional attention to detail, and we regret that we missed the mark. We did reach out to one of these guests to ask that she have you reconsider the review posted as it was based on a rare situation.
