Chester offers visitors the magic of a classic golf course in a seaside setting. The course routing provides a golfing adventure that is both challenging and enjoyable for all skill levels. It is a joy to play, whether you aspire to break one hundred twenty or par of seventy. Any missed shots will be due to the distracting beauty of the Atlantic Ocean, the islands, and the colourful sailboats tacking in the wind.

After your round, come in and sample some of the finest seafood found in Nova Scotia. We're told the seafood chowder is superb.

We just returned from a really enjoyable meal at this club's dining room. We were a group of 10 and the service and the food were incredible. We ordered hors d'oeuvres and main courses. All at the table enjoyed their meals. We started off with a lobster dip, loaded with lobster and piping hot, served with nacho chips. We also... More

This short but challenging eighteen hole course on the South Shore of Nova Scotia is a joy to play. Many of the holes have beautiful views of the ocean. The deck of the club house overlooks the water which was dotted with sail boats as we had lunch. Even if you aren't a golfer this venue is worth a stop... More

We ate here a few times with different food choices and were not disappointed. The servers are friendly and efficient. The bread served with drinks is wonderful. Fish is cooked properly and the turkey is "real, cooked and carved in house" was tender and tasty. The room can be a bit warm on a hot day so book a table... More

Bring your game and your camera. The view starts as soon as you exit the car. Everywhere you look from the pro shop and restaurant is a spectacular view of the Chester harbour, sail and power boats. Hole 1 gives you a taste of what's to come; wind, sloped fairways and strategically placed bunkers. Even with a dry summer the... More

Food was good...but the service was very slow. We waited for more than an hour for our food after we ordered it. The management made no mention of concern over our wait as if this was typical. I intended to mention something to management but could only find 20 somethings running the place. Not worth it...won't go back and would... More

We went to Tancook Islad today and stopped here for an early supper. The food was amazing. I highly recommend eating here. I had the seafood crepe. It was delicious. Our group of 9 were all happy with their meals. The meal size was generous and the prices were very reasonable. All the meals were make with fresh local food.

Great view of the ocean on a real nice public golf course. The prices are fair and the food well made. A good choice for a lunch and round of golf.
