The Museum is a wonderful presentation on the history of Fair Trade coffee and a concise educational experience for travellers of all ages. It makes this this coffee stop an exceptional beginning or ending to an Annapolis Valley visit.

This great little coffee stop has a hands-on, learning area that is quite kid friendly! It teaches about fair trade and coffee roasting. My husband and I really enjoyed learning more about the process. And the coffee was one of the best cups I’ve ever had!

My husband and I stopped in at the museum on a sunny fall day just before heading home from a vacation in the Annapolis Valley, and ended up staying for about 25 minutes. The store and cafe area is well laid out, with a good selection of fair trade coffee, tea, and chocolate for sale.
We walked through the museum, which was short but interesting. There were many facts about coffee production, and the difference between fair trade and other commercial coffees. I particularly enjoyed the spotlights on several coffee farming families, which I thought really "personalized" the experience. Another highlight was the door to the roastery, which can be opened so that the roasting process can be observed - very cool!
On our way out, my husband had a peppermint cafe mocha from the cafe. He found it a little on the bitter side, with not much cocoa/chocolate flavour, though he did say that it was adequately minty.

Absolutely the best cup of coffee I have ever had. Full of flavor and great smooth taste, not bitter. Also a great museum about fair trade coffee beans. Great job

Stopped for coffee, and we're very happy that we did! Ethiopian was very citrusy. Breakfast sandwiches/wraps were pre-made.

Very interesting and my sandwich was delicious. The girl behind the counter made me a lovely cup of tea. The museum does a nice job explaining what fair trade coffee is about.

They have good coffee and a free museum that explains the history of coffee. They show how fair trade works and why they believe it is so important

It was nice to read about the products and the place they come from. It does link the food to the people who supply it. It will help us remember to look beyond the item and the price.

Were driving to Wolfville, and along the HWY 1, is Just Us Fair Trade Museum. Out of curiosity, we went in, cause this was the first time I heard of coffee museum. It was nice little surprise, had information on coffee, where it came from, how it produce, pics and diagrams of coffee countries etc. Beside coffee, the also sell different kind teas, coffee/tea utensils, pastries, condiments. I found coffee was stronger than other coffee shop and it was bit pricier too. There is a sit down area with free WIFI. It seem this cafe is popular around that side of town. Another one is in Wolfville also. So if you are passing through to go to the Bay of Fundy, be sure to stop in.
